How to avail an eon card?

There are two procedure to apply and get eon card in union bank.

The first option is to fill up an application form manually and you'll get your eon card after three days.

The Second option is go to www.unionbankph.com, and apply online. After applying online, you'll get a reference number for eon card.Present this reference number to any union bank branch and get your eon card in a couple of hours.

So what are the requirement of getting an eon card?

Here are the things you need to bring.

1. A photocopy of two valid ID and its original

2. SSS number or TIN number

3. ID Picture (1x1)

4. 350 pesos for annual fee
